DMP has to be subsidized by SLB and the retirees are at fault? The retirees represent a small proportion of the users. During the last 10 years, premiums for certain retirees have been increased by 50%. Retirees above the age of 60 pay higher premiums.
      I quote:
“ISPP increase is not planned for years to come. Our plan is aligned with the new priorities of the company and remains one of the best…” Will it stays the best with another 15 years with zero adjustment?

During the last 15 years, the US social security retirement has been increased by 45%. Most National staff have had regular adjustments. In the UK and France people receiving pensions from private entities have had cumulative increases above 25 %.

The women gave a very nice speech with a very smart way of saying nothing like an HR manager would.

      Well done
