      I worked in France for a bit over 3 years and have started getting Pension from agirc-arrco (Thanks). Last week I got an email asking me to download a Certificate of Existence form and submit it online.

      The issue I have is that previously I was able to sign in to agric-arrco website without issue but now they want me to do that using FRANCECONNECT.

      I do not have a FRANCECONNECT account as
      a) I live in Australia so I do not have an address in France which means i cannot use The Ameli.fr where they require a post code in France
      b) I do not have a TAX number (That i can recall) so i cannot use Impots.gouv.fr to set up a new account

      Has anyone successfully created a FRANCECONNECT account?

      Hello
      I believe you have no alternative but explain your problem to Agirc Arco and send it by mail.
      If you worked in France I suppose you have had a tax number.SLB must have it in your file somewhere.
      Sorry I can only think of these options

      Thanks for your reply. I have had some correspondence with Agric-Arco in last few weeks and hopefully the issue has been sorted. I will know next month when I expect my next pension
