Having had assignments at Paris Headquarters I contributed to the two subject “Professional Pension Funds” and have been receiving periodic airmail requests for “Certificate de Vie” which I completed and airmailed to their Esvres mail box address.

Today I have received an email which appears to be from them but contains no email address for correspondence nor a street address for airmail. They appear to have gone totally on-line with the usual intelligent “noreply” emal address.

That letter contains several “links” all of which result in warning messages that the sites are not secure, could be scam sites and eventually are blocked by my Google/Gmail/Apple as being risky at best!

Has anyone found a work-around short of calling the help line phone number they give which is +33) 9 74 75 76 99
Of course the noreply email ends with a warning that the pension paymewnts will cease if I don’t respond correctly.

Basically I need to be able to download the blank Certificate de Vie and then have an email address or current street address to send it to.

Over the years it has become a bit easier. Normally the “certificat de vie” is only requested from non-residents or foreigners.
However, you do not necessarily need the official form even though it’s probably better.
What has changed though is the fact that all institutions communicate. If you send your certificat de vie to the social security it will automatically be shared with others (Agirc Arrco etc.).
Included are the internet and the physical address:
