22nd BEEWASP – BBQ Event for Ex Western Australia SLB People
We will celebrate our 22nd Annual Gathering on the second Tuesday in November

We will be at the east end of the Sunset Heritage Precinct, at the Chapel next to the carpark.
Drive west along Birdwood Parade, Dalkeith, passing Throssell St on your right. About 200m further on turn left into the car park (before reaching Wavell Rd)

We will have a huge table ad benches, BBQ and deluxe toilets with wheelchair access …

We will be looking for a volunteer to choose the location for the 23rd BEEWASP gathering due on Tuesday 10th November 2026.

Perth being so remote and a retiree haven sports it own totally informal group that gathers annual. The format is the simplest possible with one retiree offering to communicate via our email list the location of the next gathering which is at 3pm on the second Tuesday of November each year. There is no admin – just an announcement to Bring Your Own (BYO) food and drink. We BBQ it in one of the 40 public facilities in our area. Our weather is usually superb for such an outdoor event.
