Our recent ASIA reunion took place at Kota Kinabalu Monday 17th to Friday 21st February 2025, staying at the luxurious 5-star Pacific Sutera Hotel, with dramatic views of either the sprawling golf course or of the sea and nearby tropical islands.
While the reunion is focused on members who live or have worked in the ASIA-Australasia region, all members are very welcome, especially new members from the region!

Reunion Dinners and Tours are now open for booking! Please go to our booking website at https://www.allianceschlumberger.fr , read the instructions and then click on Kota Kinabalu at top left to select the reunion events.
Kota Kinabalu is a beautiful location with incredible views to Asia’s highest mountain and UNESCO World Heritage site, 32 different ethnicity and rich historical cultures, beaches, islands, jungle, wildlife, golf, marina, amazing seafood and dining options.
There are 21 direct flights per day from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Kota Kinabalu (BKI) – flight time two hours forty minutes – and also direct flights from Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Brunei.

- The hotel stay will have to be fully prepaid at the time of reservation.
- Room cancellation made before 30 days prior to arrival day, any prepaid room will be refunded.
- Room cancellation made less than 30 days and before 14 days prior to arrival day, any prepaid room will subject to 1 night room charge.
- Room cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival day, any prepaid room will subject to full room charge.
- The hotel might not entertain last minute shortening to the duration of stay, so members should carefully define their travel dates.
- Participants are encouraged to seek your own travel insurance!
