The Reunion Hotel was the Mercure Centre Ville where the welcome dinner was held on the first evening.
On Day 2 members enjoyed guided tours of Bordeaux in the morning ending with lunch in a restaurant right on the river Garonne. The evening Gala Dinner was held in Chateau Saint George St Emilion.
Day 3 consisted of a guided tour of Saint Emilion followed by lunch in another well rated restaurant beside the river Garonne. There followed wine tasting in a Left Bank Chateau which has been making fine wines for centuries.
Day 4 offered a choice of golf or a visit to Le Bassin d’Arcachon next to the Atlantic Ocean including Pinasses tours around the Bassin, The day ended by visiting Le Dune du Pyla, the highest in Europe.
