      For whatever reason, my US pension was not paid in August and also in september. Does anyone have a contact info?

      I believe that you have to log into the Alumni Services Center at https://slb.service-now.com/asc, navigate to Alumni Services, then click on Payroll Queries.

      If that does not lead you anywhere, call the Dubai record keeping office at Record Keeping Team Hotline: +971 4 2742300

      Thanks, for the US pension plan it used to be Mrs Mary Massa but she must have retired.
      The person in charge of supervising US pension plan is mrs Celia Kennedy (800-474-4015)

      And by the way something strange happened: My pension was duly paid but rejected by my bank. A check was issued and sent to my former address and someone cashed the check. This is simply Fraud and an investigation is ongoing.
