Have been trying to change my bank account for receipt of my small UK Schlumberger pension since 24 July with still no resolution
After a phone call I made from Malaysia was told to go to their website where I could action the change. No way have to write a letter snail mail or try email.
What a joke every email gets a response asking for yet more ‘security questions’
Since they take 5 working days to reply to an email, 7 to 8 days taking in weekend have wasted 4 weeks.
Additionally they require any attachment to be ‘encrypted or password protected’ how many of us know how to do this?
Finally made another call to try to stop my September payment on 21 August until new bank account accepted. August payment already floating in the ionosphere Unfortunately after the usual 3 security inputs managed to speak to a woman with zero inter personal skills and a negative customer service attitude. Said Thank you and cut the call.
My daughter pointed me to Trust Pilot website and all became clear. WillisTowersWatson have an unenviable rating of 87% 1 out of 10 rating for competence. Just check this site and see the complaints very similar to mine
Why has SLB UK outsourced our pension to this disreputable outfit
In contrast managed to change bank details with Cigna DMP health insurance in 1 day on their website, which also has a secure email option
