Kate “KT” Crocker asked me to advise AllianceSLB of the sad passing of her father, Hugh on Wed 23rd September 2020.
Hugh was 92 and his family was with him when he passed following a stroke.. He had been in a care home for the last few months.

We have been most fortunate to have known the Crocker family since 1972 when Hugh was Sales Manager for Australasia. After leaving Schlumberger he formed a couple of companies providing highly regarded Interpretation and Logging services. Hugh was a warm, joyful, outspoken and dynamic character always living every day to its full. He was a great raconteur of tales of the past and kept us amused at our annual SLB retirees gatherings in Perth. Hugh’s mind was sharp and witty right to the end. His wife Barbara died in August 2001. Farewell Hugh.
